Bio:
A Florida Native since 1975, born in California, spent some time in Germany before moving to Mac Dill AFB in Tampa Bay. Capt. Frank lived a long cast from some of the best fishing waters in the world and was lured to the bay where his passion for the sport began. He started Action Fishing Charters in 1996 and has been featured on ESPN, North American Outdoors and the Outdoor Channel. As an accomplished Guide and Professional Tournament Angler, he competes in many local and national fishing tournaments like the IFA Redfish Tour, Xtreme Redfish Series, West Coast Redfish Pro and the formerly popular Fox Sports FLW Redfish Tour.
He is a member of Yamaha’s National Fishing Team and sponsored by the industry’s best manufacturers like Hells Bay Boat works, DOA Lures, MirroLure, Motor Guide Trolling Motors and Crowder Rods.
